Course Description
Currently, antidiscrimination laws are at the forefront of social awareness. Therefore, acupuncturists should be familiar with antidiscrimination laws, especially if they have employees and/or work for a health care organization. With that in mind, this course reviews the following essential antidiscrimination legislation: Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
